Summertime to me feels light and simple: lots of salad, lots of fruit, light airy clothing with a light sweater to help cope with too much office a/c. I found this cotton tote while out shopping with my daughter Brooke. The moment I saw this print - I knew that it would make for a great summer tote. It’s fun, has a classic color scheme and the pattern is unusual. It didn’t cost a lot (under $40!) because it’s from the kid version of Abercrombie and Fitch, which also explains why it has absolutely no pockets to help keep keys, phone, security badge convenient. Oh well, but it does hold all of my usual necessities and is just perfect for summer.
